What Causes Pain Below Rib With History Of Hysterectomy And Appendectomy?

I am having pain below my right rib and above my right hip. I had a gallblader and appendectomy done many years ago, also a hysterectomy done, so that leaves very little to go on. I also had a right breast lumpectomy done with radiation about five years ago. I AM USING A VISA CARD AND IT WON'T EXCEPT
