What Causes Pain Below The Ribcage Along With Fever And Constipation?

I have chronic pain in my right side under my ribcage. It goes around my waist to the back around the right kidney area. It's like a burning pain. Also have some pain in lower right side. I do not have a gall bladder. Have some nausea as well. No fever. Some constipation.
