What Causes Pain Between Butt Cheeks And Top Of Penile Shaft?

I'm having a very painful problem that is between butt cheeks that lead thru the top of my penis shaft. It causes my feels like it is a rock hard tube or could be vein. But very painful to walk, bend over or to do any activities. I thought maybe I pulled something but unsure... Please Help
