What Causes Pain Between Ribs And Waist During Menopause?

I have been experiencing pain on my right side between my ribs and waist. Sometimes it is sharp and intense and at other times it s dull and sore. I am going through menopause and sweat a lot and I fill like my mouth is dry all the time. What could this be? Hould I be alarmed?
