What Causes Pain Between Shoulder Blades And Lump On Neck?

I am having problems with not being able to breathe well when laying on my back. I have pain between the shoulder blades, and my husband popped a round lump back on my left side of my neck. That has not helped the ability to breath fully when I lay on my back. Also when I am thus laying on my back, it is painful to roll either way to get up. it is painful to get up from that position. I have not suffered any trauma recently.
