What Causes Pain Between The Ribs And Abdomen After A C-section?

I had any emergency c section 8 weeks ago and for the last 3 days I've had this achy pain between my right rib and belly button. Had blood work done with no sign of infection. I had a cold where I coughed for 2 weeks just ended last week. What could it be?
