What Causes Pain Between Vagina And Thigh?

yes, I am encountering a pain between my vagina and my thigh on my right side. I know my period is due to come but the pain seems like is moving towards the bottom of my thigh and my leg and my lower back of my back. I woke up like this yesterday this is wearied. I ve never had this pain before. it hurts even when you touch it.
