What Causes Pain During Intercourse And Ulcer On Urethra?

I had what I thiught was a yeast infection a few months ago. Took diflucan and thought I was fine. Ended up going to the doctor for pain during sex. She said I had an ulcer that looked to be herpes. Did a swab test put me on valtrex. Results came back negative and said it was bacterial vaginosis. Took flagyl for 7 days. Went back today and I have an ulcer on my urethra. She wanted to do a biopsy but too close. She is testing it for herpes again and blood work for herpes. Back in a month and valtrex everyday until she figures it out. What else could it be?
