hi. i am 32 and have pcos, menses last for 20 to 25 days/month, did ultrasound in oct - endometrium thickness 10 mm. i have sever cramps during menses and during sex - start having spotting of blood after sex - consulting a homeopath for last 6 months - no improvement - pls suggest
