What Causes Pain During Sex After Delivery?

Hi, ever since i have given birth to my child 4 years ago it is very painful when having sex, it feels like ever since i have given birth ive been swollen inside me and it is very painful when having sex almost impossible in some positions, im worried about this because its been 4 years since ive been able to enjoy sex and just want to know if theres something wrong with me?
