What Causes Pain During Urination Along With Blood In Urine During Pregnancy?

Last night I was in labour and delivery because I thought my water had broken I'm 39 weeks pregnant . false alarm but since then I cannot pee without being in absolutely agony and there is also blood in my pee. I called the maternity Ward and they said they can't do anything about it, called my Dr but he is put of office until Monday. What can I do?
