What Causes Pain During Urination Along With White Penile Discharge?

I have a slight pain when I urinate. I use condoms when I have sex I got a small white discharge coming out of my penis. I do not wear underwears. I am not drinking enough water and a week ago my kidneys was hurting me. I think I passed some stones and it irritated my Penis inside. Can you help me?
