What Causes Pain During Urination And Blood Discharge?

So i went to the bathroom the other day and there was this scent I didn't know what it was so i wasn't worried about it, but today and last night I pee and it hurts towards the very end and when i wipe it looks like blood it is orange/red color and I am not on my period, I am ovulating. I am scared. :| What is wrong?
