What Causes Pain During Urination Post Bladder Tumor Removal Surgery?

i just had 3 bladder tumors removed 6 days ago. i was an outpatient equipped with a catheter for 2 days. was giving cephalexin 500mg. have been using uribel every 8 hours . still having a hard time urinating and a lot of pain after 6 days . is this normal ?
