What Causes Pain From Back Side Of Neck Towards Shoulder?

I found red spot in my left eye. I have continuous pain from the back left side of neck near solder to left eye through left side of the head. I also feel burning sensation in my eye. I generally work more than 10 hours with laptop/ computer with LCD display. Are these problems a serious concern.
