What Causes Pain From Biceps To Shoulder After A Minor Head Trauma?

54 years old and in July I hit a fly over my head! Since then I have electric shooting pain from the right bicep UP to my shoulder. Now I can t lift it at all or that pain comes! I ve been to doctors an repeat this over an over again, I ve had x-ray, mri, ct.... They say it looks ok, then why can t I use it ? I can t even lift a sheet over me in bed, no sleep cuz of the pain! Please help me ! Some of the doctors ask me over again, THE PAIN GOES UP THE ARM ? YES, AND AT MY RIGHT BICEP ! Yes I m right handed too.
