What Causes Pain From Shoulder Till Arm?

I ran out of BP meds a little over a week ago, and can not get in touch with Cardiologist to get a refill. This morning when I woke up, my left arm hurt very badly, from the shoulder all the way down, and my right leg is sore too. Any help woueld be appreciated.
