What Causes Pain From Stitches A Couple Of Months After Normal Delivery?

iam 28 yr old and gone through a normal delivery 2 month ago,doc had made some cut on vagina and stitches them but they got opened after 5 days ,i again visited doc for restitches,till now iam feeling pain there ,also stitches are not healing properly,also iam feeling some hole on right side of vagina,it is paining when go to toilet and sitting in bed
