What Causes Pain From The Left Shoulder Blade To The Chest?

for bout 5 days now i have had pain in my back right on my left shoulder blade and the pain feels like it is shooting to my chest i suffer from indigestion real bad and i have panic disorder and every time something happens to me and my body i automatically think thjt i am going to die do you think that i am having a heart attack or do you think that something could be wrong with my heart or are there other reasons that my left back and arm are hurting
