What Causes Pain From Toe To Underarm Along With Coughing And Sneezing?

should I be alarmed if I keep having shooting pain that starts (topically) in the same left toe and heads straight to my left underarm? It s been happening for several days. I have been experiencing allergy symptoms, lots of coughing and sneezing (although unusual for me)? I do have at least 2 underlying conditions but have never experienced this type of pain in either.... (diabetes and thyroid disease).
