What Causes Pain In Abdomen Along With Gurgling Sound?

I am having digestive issues. My stomach continues to hurt or make gurgling noises constantly. I have yet to find a pattern based on what I eat. I had food testing done 2 years ago, but didn t have anything really off the charts except shell fish which I do not eat anymore. I m not sure how long to let it go before I see a doctor. My life is highly stressful and I don t sleep well. Also, I ve had my hormones tested. I have low progesterone. Any thoughts?
