What Causes Pain In Abdomen Along With Lump Below The Ribcage?

I have been having ongoing pain on my right side, abdominal area for about 4 weeks. The pain is progressing and there is a lump right below my rib cage. The pain has begun to radiate to my back and shoulder/chest area. Pain medicine is not controlling it. It hurts to breathe, or move. Today It is so intense and extreme I can barely move or function.
