What Causes Pain In Abdomen And Breast?

I am 28 year old female. I am on my 14 or 15 day of my cycle so i think I'm ovulating. I had sever lower right side abdominal pain last night. Today the pain is not as bad as last night but it has moved to the left lower abdomen. I also have pain in my right breast, more near my under pit. it is serious or not? thanks
