What Causes Pain In Abdomen And Difficulty During Urination?

Hi i wluld just like to find out my daugter is 2 years old now i am 28 my period are vwry weird it looks like its black and dry struggles to come out and a few times now i have had stuff come out it look like blood clots but like in a blue kind of sack or skin dont know how to explain i also have these exreme pains between my legs luke it get so unvomforable when they com i cant move any suble movement feels like it going to ecplode and having itercourse with my husband hurts feels like something is pushing him out same thing when i need to go to the bathroom to pee its like something is pushing its the only way i can think of explaining had a cezieriean most doktors just say its normal do you think it vould ne should i go see a gynie and last few weeks mu cut on tje one side has been starting yo hurt my whole atomach swell up please answe asap
