What Causes Pain In Abdomen Below The Ribcage?

Im on ny second day of lower right quadrant stomach discomfort; more detailed location would be about an inch or so to the right of my belly button below the rib cage. Yesterday it was painful like when constipated. Ive had regular bowel movements, normal gas and still a pretty decent appetite. Today its still present, not as uncomfortable as yesterday but still a concern. No protrusions. No brusing. Feels like a few marbles hanging out in my gut. Any thoughts?
