What Causes Pain In Abdomen Having Diagnosed With Ovarian Cysts?

i have ovarian cysts they come and go with my periods, i've been done with my period for a week and last night i got really bad pains in my lower left side (i have never had cysts on this side) i couldnt sleep bc of the pain but finally did when i wike up this morning it was just as bad but i noticed that depending on the way i lay it doesnt hurt as much and when i stand or walk it hurt so bad i can hardly do ether, and it goes away and comes back and while havein sex tonight it hurt so bad that i had 2 make him stop my shoulder's also hurt not very much but a little
