What Causes Pain In Abdomen Radiating To Back Along With Diarrhoea?

hey, iv had problems with my upper mid left stomach around to my back.uncontrolled diarihea 27lbs. for years iv had problems but last two have been worst and i cant keep weight up still at 102ilsand having multiple health issues . being treated for bechetts an arthritis also intersticial cystis. found out few days ago that i had in 2005 i had cyst in my spleen an liver throughout next few years they calcified in spleen and liver they stayed the same some of the cyst in spleen came back small an calcified . we found those 2 years ago along with scatt small hypoattenuating lessions in right an left hepatic bile ducts also a 3mm nodule in left lung. a week ago had a ct an was told there was a 7mm calcified nodule in my spleen. the radiologist stated chronic granulomatous desease. what does this mean ?????
