What Causes Pain In Abdomen With Spotting?

For about two weeks I have been exsperiancing slight adominal pain and Iv had blood on towlet paper after wiping I always feel like my tummy is upset or sour. after bowelmovements I have rectal pains (burning, itching),tiredness,and Its very very painful when I have a bowelmovement sometimes I dont even want to have one cause it hurts so bad.Iv tried Preperation H and hemorrhoid creams they dont seem to do nothing...
