What Causes Pain In And Around The Ear?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...i feel pains in and all around my right ear,i have visited the hospital and taken xrays to no avile and even had a doctor check the ear but all they said was that the inside was red than it should be.Please can you help me know whats wrong with me.
