What Causes Pain In Anus Behind The Tail Bone?

Symptoms are seep tissue pain in anus are behind tailbone making it very difficult to do anything other than lie down. Other symptoms are severe diarrhea, headache, a bit of nausea, weakness & low grade fever. so far lasting 4 days with no relief in sight.
