What Causes Pain In Anus During Bowel Movements After Treatment For UTI?

hi Dr i have two separate problems,ive just had a baby (via ceasar) 13 weeks ago and had retained products left behind so had to have D & C to remove and have been on heavy antibiotics for infection in uterus, UTI and kidney infection but now my bottom hurts to poo and ive got gooey orange slim when i wipe also it burns to have sex with my partner and after sex it burns to wee ive done 6 day thrush treatment and UTI treatment what could this all be??
