What Causes Pain In Arm Along With Sweating While On Perindopril Erbumine?

I have upper right arm pain, occasional sweats and finding at the 4 mile point of a walk I have chest pain and must stop to let my heart calm down. I normally walk 5 to 8 miles without difficulty. I started taking perindopril erbumine 4 mg 2 weeks ago. Can this be side affects?
