What Causes Pain In Arm And Chest On Removal Of PICC Line?

I had a PICC Line due to an infection after Kidney stones. Gram Positive. After 6 weeks, Line removed. Have been having pain down Lt. arm and mild pain in chest at times. have returned to work. The pain persist, sometimes at night when resting. I checked online and found other people also c/o this pain. What do you recommend?
