What Causes Pain In Arm Radiating To Chest And Throat?

hi! i went to emergency last night by ambulance because i went to lay down to go to bed and sundenly my left arm started with a uge pain all my arm at the same time like if a tractor was stock on it and right after my upper part where my left breast is started with pain to and went straight up to my throat and after beeing at the hospital they did a ecg and blood test and the told me that it wasen t my that all the tests was normal he didin t know what it was and it s been the second time in 4 days that it s happining all the same symptoms and again just when i was going to lay down the doctor send me back home this morning with nothing just told me that he was going to the papers to my family doctor for a follow up and my appointement is on march 12 but i still have a light pain where my upper breast and the begening of my on top im 42 and never had heart problems before thank you Natalie!
