What Causes Pain In Arm Radiating To The Leg?

Im trying to see if I need to go to hospital I have a pain in my left arm and it going down to my leg also it just came on about an hour ago Im 57yrs old that is the only symptoms I have I took a aspirin to see if that would help I remember having this pain before it seems to be getting worse
