What Causes Pain In Arm, Shoulder And Elbow?

i have a really bad pain on my left arm on shoulder and elbow to my hands, hurts when moving and really stiff in the mornings, it like a stinging burning pain in between the elbow, i tried pain meds and rubbing creams nothing works i think is starting on my right arm too, please tell me what it is
