What Causes Pain In Arm When Suffering From Fibromyalgia?

Hello, I have been having mild to moderate shooting pain in my left arm all day. I have not been feeling well over the past 2 months with symptoms from my fibromyalgia, IBS, and I suspect chronic fatigue syndrome , or more specifically the new diagnosis protocol for the newly named systemic exertion etc etc. I also have discoid lupus. Dr. Ran labs a month ago to check thyroid. I have a slow thyroid, taking .05 mg currently. Picking up those lab results tomorrow. That dr. Is out on unexpected medical leave. Thanks so much for listening...
