What Causes Pain In Arms And Hands Followed By Vomiting?

I vomited about three different times just before going to bed last night and when I finally went to bed, my arms and hands hurt something awful...why is that? They hurt so bad, I could not go to sleep. I believe I vomited because of taking a bunch of vitamins, including Turmeric.
