What Causes Pain In Back And Chest While X-ray Report Are Normal?

I had a slip and fall maybe 3 weeks ago and I am still experiencing upper back and chest pain ...I fell on black ice while running and landed on my back really hard it literally knocked the wind out of me and I hit my head and ended up with a concussion did all the xrays they said everything looked okay but I m still experiencing these pains
