yes, I fell on ice and it's painful to walk around. Is it best to walk around even if it's painful of just stay on ice.
I wen to the Dr, I ha a spinal fusion of l-4 and l-5 in 2007 so I did hae it E-Rayed but the Dr. said nothing moved and wants to do spinal injections on Monday. The fall happened on about Feb 5th.
