What Causes Pain In Between Shoulder And Elbow?

The bone between by shoulder and elbow in my left arm aches so much that it keeps me awake at night. It has bothered me for about 12 months now and is becoming increasingly worse. I am also experiencing pain in my lower back and abdomin. I am very tired, clammy and thirsty...ugh!
