What Causes Pain In Both The Legs?

My brother is 25 years old and is 310 pounds for a couple of months now he has been complaining of pain on both of his legs, sometimes they ache really bad that he starts to cry we tell him that maybe it's because he is over weight. Maybe it's signs of something more serious. He nver goes to the doctor so he does'nt have history of any illness.
