What Causes Pain In Breast After Saline Breast Implant?

I have Saline breast implants that I got in Feb. 2008. I get a random pain when pressure is applied more so to my right breast; Slightly on my left. It occurs more so when pressure is applied on side of breast and gets more intense as the pressure is relieved. The pressure is caused when I bend down, lean over, and generally involves my arms that is located on same side of breast experiencing pressure pushing into my breast.
