What Causes Pain In Breast Radiating To The Scapula And Mid Back?

Experiencing pain in left breast area, left armpit that radiates to left scapula and mid back. Had breast augmenation 16years ago and now have frequent stinging, pain in left breast area with other symptoms mentioned above. Also have a weird numb sensation that I experience at times in left arm. Very healthy with only past medical history of bile gastritis with esophageal spasms.
