What Causes Pain In Breasts And Tiredness?

My breasts are aching, Iv been feeling sick the past 3 days and never suffered from heartburn until 3 days ago also, Im extra tired, and my period is not due for another week and a half.. Have taken a pregnancy test but came back negative... any ideas? Mia
