What Causes Pain In Breasts When Pressure Is Applied?

Doctor i have pain inside my both breasts when i press them. this problem is from past 6-7 years and i have consulted doctor.
she told me that i am having extra unwanted flesh in my breasts. i have been taking medicine but past few month i left medicine and now it again started paining.
there is no lump or any hard nipple. please help me out doctor. i need permanent cure from this breast pain.
