What Causes Pain In Buttocks And Groin Despite Taking Acupuncture Treatment?

For about 8 mths, I have been experiencing pain in my Lt. buttocks, Lt groin and anterior thigh. Bending at the waste causes increase in muscle apasm of Lt. anterior thigh.I have tried OTC Naproxen, massage and acupuncture. As a side note, I had a Lt. TLR 2yrs ago. Thank you, MJ
