What Causes Pain In Chest Above Breast After Delivery?

Having chest pain on the left side of my chest above my breast. pain started shortly after giving birth to my second child. My daughter is now two and the pain is still there. It does come and go.

It feels like someone is pressing down very hard on a bruse. The pain sometimes travels up the left side of my neck. Also, sometimes if I press down on the area of my chest where the pain is I can hear a pop sound. Any ideas
