What Causes Pain In Chest Along With Difficulty In Breathing?

I have a question about my heart? So yesterday I went to a concert and then when I started sceraming my heart started to hurt really bad, so then I would stop screaming and then it hurt to breath. This morning when I woke up my heart still hurt and it still hurt to breath. What does this mean?
