What Causes Pain In Chest Along With Tingling Sensation In Body And Dizziness?

Hello.
My problem started with what I thought was pain in left outer breast spreading to left upper arm. It was a dull ache with no swelling or lumps. After a while the pain changed to a 'heart like' pain spreading to the breast and middle of the chest together with strong fast pulse. Two days later I started feeling so called 'electric shocks' in various parts of my body ( head, neck, left and right chest, left and right abdomen, legs including toes and arms including fingers). The 'electric shock' kept jumping from one part of the body to another to last just a few seconds, never in two places at the same time.
I'm still in the same state. I also sometimes feel dizzy. This feels similar to the dizzines I experienced 10 years ago when I had a problem with cervical spine. The pain in the arm sometimes returns but the 'heart pain' is now just one of many 'electric shocks'. I am 38 year-old female, non smoker. I have been on oral contraceptive pill for the past 10 years due to previous problems with ovarian cysts and endometriosis. I also suffer from hormonal migranes. Apart from this I am not aware of any other conditions. I had a blood test last done in March 2014 and there have been no abnormalities. Any comments would be welcome.
